About the movie Super Rakshak: A Super Thriller

Super Rakshak is a Hindi film dubbed from a Kannada thriller movie. It is based on a local assassin named Rathavara who was appointed by an MLA cum gangster named Manikanta to kill a transgender named Mangalamukhi / Maadevi. However, Manikanta strives hard to become the Chief Minister. But then, a seer foretells Manikanta to kill Mangalamukhi if he wants to be the Chief Minister.

The plot of Super Rakshak Movie

Rathavara is a local hitman who works as an assistant under a gangster cum MLA named Manikanta. They used to maintain cordial relations amongst themselves. But unfortunately, things got messed up when Rathavara was given a responsibility by Manikanta to bring Mangalamukhi’s body due to her supernatural abilities. Although Rathavara attempts to kidnap and kill the transgender, Mangalamukhi eventually, fails to do so. As a result, Rathavara fell into the trap of curses and hardships that made him fall into the wrath of Manikanta.

In the meantime, a girl named Navami falls in love with Rathavara. Navami is a simple girl who has ambitions of becoming a successful photographer. Although Rathavara was still hesitant, he went ahead. Rathavara wishes to lead a very simple and peaceful life. In fact, he did a noble job by donating an eye to his friend. But Manikanta's gang members capture and kill Rathavara's friends. This incident infuriated Rathavara resulting in the killing of Manikanta and his gang members. In the end, Mangalamukhi stabs Rathavara who eventually succumbs to his own injuries. Navami became depressed and Mangalamukhi's curse was not fulfilled.

Ravi Shankar as Manikantha, Saurav Lokesh as Mangalamukhi / Maadevi, Chikkanna, Sadhu Kokila, Charan Raj, Narendra Babu, Chitra Shenoy, Sharath, Chandru, Hitesh B.C, Roopashree, Kopplu Puttamma, Prasanth M, Dhakshayini, Triveni, Chidambaram and Divya. Super Rakshak is directed and written by Chandrasekhar Bandiyappa, produced by Dharmashree Manjunath N, the screenplay was done by Chandrasekhar Bandiyappa, cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda, edited by Srikanth Gowda and music composition is done by Dharma Vish.
